Job Summary

This role is responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome guests, ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere
  • Manage guest check-ins and check-outs, handling any issues or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Operate the hotel switchboard, taking calls and providing information to guests and other departments
  • Process guest payments and handle cash handling duties
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to resolve any issues or concerns
  • Provide guests with accurate information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or hospitality experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
