**Job Overview:**

Lotus Hospitality Management is seeking a skilled Assistant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our daily hotel operations and ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in the hospitality industry, excellent communication and leadership skills, and strong organizational abilities. They will work closely with various departments to ensure smooth operations, manage budgets and financial plans, and create strategies for increasing revenue and occupancy.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

  1. Lead daily hotel operations and ensure guest satisfaction ($60,000 - $80,000 per year)
  2. Manage and train staff, including hiring and scheduling
  3. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and front desk departments
  4. Manage budgets and financial plans
  5. Create and implement strategies for increasing revenue and occupancy
  6. Hold a degree in Hospitality Management or related field
