Key Responsibilities:
- Collecting and sorting used kitchen items and dishes.
- Operating dishwashing machines efficiently.
- Hand-washing specific items as required.
- Ensuring a steady supply of clean dishes and utensils.
- Preparing workstations and assisting with food service.
- Keeping the kitchen organized and clean.
- Reporting any maintenance issues and monitoring inventory levels.
- Regularly sanitizing kitchen areas and disposing of waste.
Communication & Customer Engagement:
- Fostering positive interactions with colleagues and patrons.
