Key Responsibilities:

  • Collecting and sorting used kitchen items and dishes.
  • Operating dishwashing machines efficiently.
  • Hand-washing specific items as required.
  • Ensuring a steady supply of clean dishes and utensils.
  • Preparing workstations and assisting with food service.
  • Keeping the kitchen organized and clean.
  • Reporting any maintenance issues and monitoring inventory levels.
  • Regularly sanitizing kitchen areas and disposing of waste.

Communication & Customer Engagement:
