Job Summary

The Site Lead is a critical role responsible for ensuring the security and safety of personnel, property, and assets at our facilities. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of security personnel, responding to emergencies, and maintaining a high level of security awareness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of security personnel to ensure the security and safety of personnel, property, and assets.
  • Respond to emergencies and incidents in a timely and effective manner.
  • Maintain a high level of security awareness and ensure that all security protocols are followed.
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure that all security measures are in place and functioning properly.
  • Develop and implement security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and secure operation.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of one year of armed security, military police, or law enforcement experience.
  • Associates degree in Criminal Justice or related field preferred.
  • State Armed Security Guard license required.
  • Fluency in English required.
  • Ability to pass criminal background screen, drug test, and physical exam.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience with M4/Remington 870 and .40 caliber platforms preferred.
Work Environment

The Site Lead will work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interactions with security personnel, management, and other stakeholders. The position requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on security and safety.
