Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Cashier/Receptionist to join our team at Sayville Ford. As a key member of our front office, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling phone calls, and assisting with scheduling appointments.

Responsibilities
  • Answer dealership phones and greet customers in a professional and friendly manner
  • Direct customers to the correct department and introduce them to the salesperson
  • Work cooperatively with the service and other internal teams
  • Communicate with callers and visitors in a clear and efficient manner
  • Type memos, correspondence, and reports
  • Assist with scheduling and confirming service appointments
Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Punctual nature and ability to handle a flexible schedule
  • Professional appearance and eagerness to improve
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends
