Job Description

Fusion Innovation is seeking a highly skilled V and E Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing hands-on integration and prototyping expertise combined with cyber technology knowledge to enable the development, integration, test/assessment, and delivery of unique technical solutions to meet critical client needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide hands-on integration and prototyping expertise to enable the development, integration, test/assessment, and delivery of unique technical solutions.
  • Maintain an awareness of market and technology trends to bring best of breed solutions to the client.
  • Apply specific functional knowledge, systems engineering rigor, and in-depth industry knowledge to provide technical solutions.
  • Work closely with end users and developers to develop or contribute to solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity.
  • Work independently with minimal guidance and may review or guide activities of more junior employees.

Qualifications:
  • 10 years of experience required for Senior level.
  • 5+ years of systems engineering and/or software development lifecycle experience.
  • 3+ years of experience with system or network design, implementation, integration, testing, and security.
  • 2+ years of experience with Wi-Fi, cellular, and/or mobile technologies and protocols.
  • Knowledge of Linux, Python, VMware.
  • Knowledge of networking protocols, routing, firewalls.
  • Knowledge of software vulnerabilities and exploits.
  • Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph required.
  • Bachelors degree or HS diploma and 4 years of experience.

Desired Qualifications:
  • Experience with KaliLinux, Wireshark.
  • Experience with software development.
  • Experience with Cybersecurity products, including anti-virus and endpoint security variants and methods.
  • Experience with mobile security products and capabilities.
  • Experience with end point and/or network forensic analysis.
  • Knowledge of firmware or embedded systems.
  • Knowledge of operating systems at the administrative or kernel level.
  • Knowledge of the intelligence community (IC)'s mission, vision, goals, and values.
