Job Title: Medical Director

WelbeHealth is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Medical Director to lead our PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) program. As a Medical Director, you will be responsible for providing medical leadership and oversight to our interdisciplinary team, ensuring the highest quality of care for our participants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide medical leadership and oversight to the PACE program, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the delivery of high-quality care to participants.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each participant.
  • Ensure timely and effective communication with participants, families, and healthcare providers.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided by the PACE program, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
Requirements:
  • Board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics.
  • Current New York State medical license.
  • Experience in geriatric care and leadership.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
