Construction Laborer

Stormwater Plans, LLC is seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to support our government contracts in Yuma, AZ. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction or landscaping and be able to perform heavy manual labor in adverse weather conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clearing and prepping vegetation around construction sites.
- Controlling traffic around work zones.
- Performing general construction labor duties, including using hand and power tools and moving materials to and from work areas.
- Signaling equipment operators to align and adjust machinery.
- Loading and unloading materials, machinery, and tools and distributing them to appropriate locations and personnel.
Requirements:
- Minimum one year of experience in the construction or landscaping industry.
- Ability to commute to the job site.
- Must pass company background and drug testing procedures.
- Ability to perform heavy manual labor even in adverse weather conditions.
- Ability to stand, stoop, kneel, climb, bend, and crouch for long periods.
