About the Role

We're seeking a compassionate and caring Patient Care Technician to join our outpatient dialysis team at DaVita Inc.

As a Patient Care Technician, you'll work closely with our patients who are receiving treatment for end-stage renal disease (ESRD) or chronic kidney disease (CKD).

Your primary responsibility will be to provide direct patient care, ensuring the highest level of comfort, safety, and well-being for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment
  • Conduct patient observations, record vital signs, and set up dialysis machines
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with patients and their families

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Comfortable working around blood and medical equipment
