Job Summary:
The Continuous Improvement Manager will play a key role in driving process improvements across Pflow Industries, Inc. This individual will lead strategic cross-functional projects to enhance the company's workflow, customer satisfaction, and financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
- Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and efficiency
- Collaborate with department leaders and process owners to develop and refine procedures, specifications, and standards
- Develop training programs and conduct training sessions to educate employees on new processes and procedures
- Monitor and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions
- Work with the ERP Administrator to develop best practices and procedures for M2K module implementations
Requirements:
- Education equivalent to an Associate Degree in operations, materials management, quality, continuous improvement, or related discipline
- At least 2-5 years of hands-on experience in a fast-paced, team environment for a manufacturing business
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence and persuade people at all levels of the company
- Proficiency in ERP systems and the development of a working knowledge of Epicor M2K
- Excellent analytical skills to track and analyze data and develop solutions
- Strong organizational skills, detail orientation, and a high degree of accuracy
Work Environment:
The employee works indoors in office and production environments. He/she may be exposed to fumes or airborne particles.
