Job Summary:

The Continuous Improvement Manager will play a key role in driving process improvements across Pflow Industries, Inc. This individual will lead strategic cross-functional projects to enhance the company's workflow, customer satisfaction, and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and efficiency
  • Collaborate with department leaders and process owners to develop and refine procedures, specifications, and standards
  • Develop training programs and conduct training sessions to educate employees on new processes and procedures
  • Monitor and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions
  • Work with the ERP Administrator to develop best practices and procedures for M2K module implementations

Requirements:

  • Education equivalent to an Associate Degree in operations, materials management, quality, continuous improvement, or related discipline
  • At least 2-5 years of hands-on experience in a fast-paced, team environment for a manufacturing business
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence and persuade people at all levels of the company
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and the development of a working knowledge of Epicor M2K
  • Excellent analytical skills to track and analyze data and develop solutions
  • Strong organizational skills, detail orientation, and a high degree of accuracy

Work Environment:

The employee works indoors in office and production environments. He/she may be exposed to fumes or airborne particles.
