Key Responsibilities- Guest Interaction: Greet guests promptly and warmly, making them feel welcome and valued.
- Menu Knowledge: Familiarize yourself with our menu and daily specials, and communicate effectively with guests to ensure their needs are met.
- Order Handling: Process orders accurately and efficiently, handling all transactions in a professional and courteous manner.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure seamless service and a positive dining experience for our guests.
- Adherence to Policies: Follow company safety and sanitation policies, as well as uniform dress code and personal hygiene standards.
The physical demands of this role include:
- Standing and/or walking for 100% of the shift.
- Occasional lifting of up to 40 lbs.
- Frequent lifting of up to 20 lbs.
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $15.25, with a $1 increase after 90 days of employment. Additionally, we provide equal employment opportunities to all team members and applicants, and prohibit discrimination and harassment of any type.
