Job Summary

As a Registered Nurse in our Cardiac Telemetry unit, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to patients with cardiac conditions. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to patients with cardiac conditions, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and performing various medical procedures.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient, in collaboration with our interdisciplinary team.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.

Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Current Washington State Registered Nurse License.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification within 90 days of hire.
  • 1 year of acute care experience in a cardiac unit or completion of a specialty residency program.
