Position Overview

The University Center Systems Analyst plays a vital role within the University Center team. This position is tasked with overseeing the system administration of various software applications primarily utilized in University Center settings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Systems Administration: Manage the Housing Management System (StarRez) for dining meal plan contracts, ensuring seamless integration with point of sale systems and student billing.
  • Event Management: Oversee the Event Management System (Mazevo) to facilitate event scheduling and classroom space management, while collaborating with technical support teams to resolve issues.
  • Web and Communication Tools: Maintain and enhance web portals for meal plans and event scheduling, utilizing analytics to improve user experience.
  • Data Management: Collaborate with department leadership to refine data tracking processes and generate reports for performance assessment.
  • Customer Support: Provide assistance to meal plan participants and support various departments with inquiries and operational needs.

Qualifications
