Job Summary:
Soliant Health is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join their team in a school environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in speech therapy and be able to deliver services to students in grades K-12.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech therapy services to students in grades K-12
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the needs of students
- Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to ensure effective communication and support
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' communication needs
- Provide direct and indirect services to students, including group and individual therapy sessions
Requirements:
- Active or pending state SLP license in Arkansas
- ASHA certification is a plus
- Previous school experience preferred, but not required
- Guaranteed hours for direct and indirect services
