Key Responsibilities- Provide friendly and helpful service to customers, answering questions and completing transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and break room.
- Support the sales floor and warehouse functions, including receiving and processing incoming shipments, completing markdowns, and organizing and maintaining the stockroom.
- Use company tools to search product availability and complete customer transactions.
- Partner with the Customer Experience Leader to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service.
- Professional, friendly, and customer service-focused attitude.
- Ability to move with tempo to meet time-bound expectations.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in the use of technology to successfully engage in customer interactions.
- Ability to spend up to 100% of working time standing or walking around the store.
- Lifting, including the ability to lift up to a maximum of 50 pounds on an occasional to frequent basis.
