Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Family Medicine Physician to join our team. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive physician services, assessing, diagnosing, planning, and treating patients with various health issues or injuries within our facilities or medical group locations. Collaboration with an interdisciplinary healthcare team is essential to deliver integrated healthcare that is timely, high-quality, customer-focused, and resource-efficient.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you must possess:

• A Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathic Medicine degree from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure to practice medicine in Illinois.
• Board certification or eligibility in Family or Internal Medicine.
• Active DEA and Illinois Controlled Substance License.
• CPR certification or specialty-specific advanced life support certification (ACLS, ATLS, PALS) through the American Heart Association.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills for effective communication with patients, families, medical personnel, and other healthcare team members.
• Current knowledge of evidence-based standards of medical care for your specialty area.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in emergency situations.
• Prioritization skills to support efficient patient flow in our facilities or offices.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and cover vacancies when necessary.
