Job Description

At MB Clinton, we're seeking a skilled and motivated Prep/Back of House team member to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you'll be responsible for preparing food, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and adhering to our high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare food to company standards
  • Wash dishes and maintain a clean kitchen environment
  • Follow proper food handling and kitchen policies
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations

Requirements:

  • At least 18 years old
  • Authorized to work in the US
  • Valid driver's license
  • Restaurant experience preferred

Working Conditions:

This position requires the ability to see, hear, and speak clearly. You'll need to be able to lift up to 30 pounds, bend, stoop, and kneel.
