Job Summary:
ProMedica Physician Anesthesiology is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to work at ProMedica Toledo Hospital. As a key member of a patient-centric care delivery model, this role is crucial in providing high-quality and service within a healthcare setting. The ideal candidate will perform at or above the standards of care set for a superior patient experience in clinical and non-clinical settings. Proficiency in navigating multiple information technology platforms and applications is essential in providing and supporting best practices/protocols, value-based care, and demonstrating the Core Values of ProMedica.
Responsibilities:
Work in collaboration with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and other medical professionals to deliver anesthesia for various procedures.
Participate in a patient-centric care delivery model to provide high-quality and service within a healthcare setting.
Perform at or above the standards of care set for a superior patient experience in clinical and non-clinical settings.
Proficiently navigate through multiple information technology platforms and applications to provide and support best practices/protocols, value-based care, and demonstrating the Core Values of ProMedica.
Requirements:
Licensed in Ohio as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist.
Active registered nurse in the state of Ohio.
Strong organizational skills and knowledge of healthcare and community resources.
Outcome-oriented with sound clinical judgment and exceptional assessment, critical thinking, organization, interpersonal, and written/verbal communication skills.
Ability to work in a self-directed environment with attention to detail and follow-through.
Demonstrates and promotes a strong commitment towards achieving customer/patient satisfaction.
