Responsibilities- Act as a liaison between physicians and patient care teams, ensuring seamless communication and cooperation.
- Supervise staff, authorize work procedures, and assign duties to ensure optimal patient care.
- Provide input and recommendations to the director/manager on coaching, mentoring, and performance management of associates.
- Promote the optimal health, well-being, and safety of patients through the use of the nursing process and patient care standards.
- 1-year clinical RN experience
- Associates Degree in Nursing required
- BSN, preferred
- RN License to practice in state of employment as applicable, required
- Nursing Specialty Certification related to the specialty is strongly preferred
