Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. As a Speech Language Pathologist with Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of pediatric patients, providing individualized therapy services to help them achieve their communication and language goals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for pediatric patients with communication and language disorders
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals
  • Provide direct therapy services to patients, including speech and language therapy, and augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) therapy
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including occupational therapists, physical therapists, and medical professionals, to ensure comprehensive care
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or related field
  • Unencumbered license to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist in the state of employment
  • Current CPR certification
  • Experience working with pediatric patients, preferably in a home health care setting
