Job Overview

At USA Clinics Group, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our patients and expanding our Training department. We are seeking two Corporate Trainers who will report to the Director of Human Resources. The primary focus of this role is to ensure ongoing training and re-training of staff.

This position is based at our Corporate Headquarters and offers a hybrid work schedule following a successful training period.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate both Instructor-Led and Virtual Instructor-Led training sessions for new hires, new processes, and continuous education for existing staff.
  • Deliver comprehensive training materials and hands-on instruction across all departments.
  • Gain a thorough understanding of workflows, policies, and procedures relevant to clinical associates, collaborating with Subject Matter Experts to convey the most up-to-date information.
  • Effectively troubleshoot basic technical issues and connectivity challenges during virtual training sessions.
  • Communicate updates regarding new information and workflow modifications.
  • Provide constructive feedback during and after training initiatives.
  • Prepare training materials, including the production and upkeep of course documentation.
  • Assess training programs and integrate feedback to enhance future offerings.
  • Maintain accurate documentation related to workflows in clinical applications.
  • Adhere to policies and procedures concerning clinical applications change management.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in conducting training or leading virtual classrooms.
  • Proficiency in creating training materials and related presentations.
  • Experience presenting to both small and large groups in classroom or virtual settings, as well as providing one-on-one training.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10%.
  • Familiarity with Apple mobile products (iPad, iPhone).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Two years of experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
  • Capability to train and assess employee performance.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Highly motivated and positive attitude.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
