Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Community Activity Manager to oversee day-to-day on-site and community activities at Cardinal Hall Day Habilitation.

The successful candidate will ensure these activities are implemented, meeting the diverse needs of young adults to seniors with intellectual and developmental disabilities.


Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage a variety of activities promoting personal growth and fulfillment.
  • Cultivate partnerships with local organizations and service providers.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a supportive environment.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports.

Requirements

A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. The ideal candidate has:

  • A minimum of one year of experience working with individuals with disabilities.
  • Exceptional written and communication skills.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • The ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
  • Proficiency in required trainings and certifications.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position is $16.27 per hour. Employees work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday from 8am to 4pm or as needed by programs.
