We are seeking an experienced Aesthetic Registered Nurse | RN Injector to join our full-service medical spa in the Nashville, TN area. As a physician-founded practice, we understand the challenges medical providers experience daily and are committed to providing a sustainable work-life balance.

Responsibilities
  • Perform aesthetic treatments and services, including Botox, fillers, facials, peels, microneedling, laser hair removal, and CoolSculpting.
  • Effectively inform/educate patients about our treatment/service offerings and the importance of medical-grade skincare.
  • Conduct consultations with patients to determine best treatments for their desired outcome and create a customized treatment plan.
  • Maintain knowledge of available cosmetic procedures in the market.
  • Participate in in-person and online aesthetic events.
  • Partner with our aesthetic vendors and partners to support events, manage inventory, and remain up to date on new product and service launches.
  • Market our spa, treatments, services, and skincare products, as well as programs, promotions, and/or discounts available.
  • Perform room prep, properly clean, and restock treatment rooms as required.
  • Assist in all areas of spa operations as requested by management.
  • Properly care for equipment and use proper amounts of product to assist with cost controls.
  • Handle client questions and concerns professionally and courteously.
  • Provide accurate, appropriate, and immediate responses to all client requests.
  • Accurately record client treatments in electronic medical records systems.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment.
  • Attend and participate in all training and staff meetings for the spa, including all aesthetic and product service training.
Estimated Salary: $120,000-$150,000 per year

This salary range is based on industry standards and takes into account the location, job requirements, and expected level of experience.
