Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Part-Time Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing assistance to our county insurance staff in the solicitation, processing, and servicing of our insurance products. Your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Providing excellent customer service to our members
  • Assisting with the processing of insurance applications and claims
  • Working with our County Board of Directors to promote Farm Bureau Bank

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong technical skillset, including proficiency in MS Office applications. You will also need to possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as a positive attitude and strong customer service skills. Additionally, you should have previous administrative support experience and a Property & Casualty license (which we will pay for).
