Key Responsibilities:
  • Visual Merchandising Strategy & Execution:
    • Lead the development of seasonal visual merchandising strategies that reflect the brand's identity and storytelling and are aligned with sales goals and customer expectations.
    • Ensure consistent execution across all retail locations, including multi-brand partners.
  • Budget & Resource Management:
    • Oversee the visual merchandising budget, ensuring projects are completed within budgetary constraints while delivering high-quality results.
    • Manage resources effectively, including time, materials, and external partners.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 8+ years in visual merchandising, retail management, or related fields, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of driving visual strategies that increase customer engagement and sales.
  • Strong creative and aesthetic sensibility with an ability to translate brand vision into visual concepts.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
  • Strong understanding of retail sales dynamics and how visual merchandising influences consumer behavior.
