Caregiver Lead

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Caregiver Lead to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our residents, while also leading and mentoring our care staff.
Key Responsibilities- Provide supervisory support to care staff, ensuring that residents receive high-quality care and services.
- Lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and a passion for delivering exceptional care.
- Collaborate with care staff to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Ensure that all care staff are properly trained and equipped to provide the highest level of care.
- Monitor and report any changes in resident condition, ensuring that care staff are aware of any updates.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of care plans and policies.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience working with seniors and a passion for delivering exceptional care.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively with care staff, residents, and families.
- Ability to work variable hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25 pounds.
