Job Summary
The Fitness Experience Coordinator will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by engaging with members, prospective members and guests in a friendly and professional manner. This role requires a passion for fitness and health, as well as excellent communication skills to provide a superior level of support.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet members, prospective members and guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm welcome to the club.
- Handle all front desk activities including answering phones, checking members into the system, new member sign-ups, and providing tours of the facility.
- Facilitate needed updates to member accounts, respond to member inquiries, and escalate issues to management as necessary.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the club, contributing to a positive member experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems quickly.
- A strong passion for fitness and health, with a commitment to helping others achieve their goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse groups.
- Punctuality, reliability, and a positive attitude are essential for success in this role.
