SALES OPPORTUNITY

This is a unique chance for seasoned sales professionals within the dynamic housing sector. Leverage your sales expertise in a thriving company that is always on the move. No real estate license is required.

We pride ourselves on our positive company culture. Compensation: $16 per hour plus commission, with potential earnings reaching up to $75,000.

Benefits Include: Medical, Dental, Vision, Paid Time Off, 401K Plan.

Work Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday, with Sunday available by appointment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Researches Resort/Community listings to gain insight into available properties and the local market.
  • Engages with potential clients to solicit property listings.
  • Accompanies clients to Resort/Community locations, providing purchase price quotes, detailing features, and discussing sale conditions or lease terms.
  • Prepares purchase agreements, leases, and negotiates offers on properties.
  • Assists clients in acquiring necessary information or services, including financing, maintenance, repairs, or appraisals.
  • Collects photographs and measurements of rooms for advertising materials and property listings.
  • Evaluates properties to identify any necessary repairs and informs the owner accordingly.
  • Flexibility for weekend scheduling is essential, with mandatory availability on Saturdays.

Qualifications

  • Basic to intermediate computer proficiency is required.
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2-4 years in a related field or a combination of education and experience.
  • Field Expertise: No real estate license is necessary; existing licenses do not need to change brokers.
