Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Coding Center Director to lead our team of dynamic and forward-thinking individuals. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our center, driving sales and revenue growth, and ensuring that our students receive an exceptional learning experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Center Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the center, ensuring that all activities are conducted in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Sales and Marketing: Follow up on leads, schedule tours, and close deals to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Student Engagement: Work with parents to define children's learning needs, provide center tours, and engage with children and families in the center.
  • Team Management: Engage and oversee coaches/tutors to ensure team needs are met, and provide guidance and support to ensure the center is a fun and safe learning environment for our students.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Report weekly to the executive team on progress, and provide analytical and critical thinking skills to drive business growth.
Qualifications
  • Experience: Proven work history with children ages 7 and up, and enthusiasm for working with kids.
  • Business Acumen: Knowledge of business operations, sales, and team leadership.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with technology, Microsoft suite, social media, and office equipment.
  • Flexibility: Flexible schedule and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Communication Skills: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Compensation

$24.00 per hour
