Position Overview

We are looking to expand our team and invite passionate professionals to apply for the role of Child and Family Therapist. In this position, you will be instrumental in delivering a variety of support services to young individuals and their families, emphasizing trauma-informed practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct therapeutic support to a designated group of youth and their caregivers, including conducting therapy sessions.
  • Perform thorough evaluations and maintain ongoing documentation for each child and their caregiver.
  • Apply trauma-informed strategies to address the specific clinical needs of individuals and families.
  • Work collaboratively with the child and family team to create effective treatment strategies.
  • Deliver in-person therapeutic services within homes and community settings to enhance relationships and foster stability.
  • Ensure prompt and precise documentation of all interactions and progress notes.
  • Maintain regular communication and coordination with the child's support team and family members.

Qualifications:

Education: Master's Degree in social work or a related discipline

Licensure: LCSW or LCPC preferred

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Work Schedule: Flexibility required, including evening hours

Additional Requirements: Strong communication abilities, proficiency in Word, Outlook, and video conferencing tools, and a valid driver's license.
