Position Overview:
As an IBP Process Analyst based in Milwaukee, WI, you will play a crucial role in orchestrating the agenda, planning, scheduling, and facilitating the execution and governance of the America cyclical IBP meetings. This involves managing cross-functional planning and pre-meetings with Supply Chain and various stakeholders.
This role reports to the IBP Process Manager and collaborates closely with the IBP Joint Planning Manager and IBP Process Manager on a daily basis. Additionally, you will engage weekly and monthly with teams from Customer Service and Support, Demand Planning, Network Optimization, Digital Enablement, SC Performance, and Finance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize established standards, templates, and tools to monitor, support, and enhance the MCBC IBP process while achieving its objectives.
- Review outstanding action items from previous cycles and drive their completion as necessary.
- Analyze S&OE variance and R&O against IBP, identifying escalations for S&OE forums.
- Collaborate with the JBP manager to effectively plan and drive scheduling efficiencies across various commercial process meetings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Project and/or Process Management or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in process management, governance, and facilitation.
- A strong curiosity about consumers, industry trends, and a wide array of scientific and technological advancements.
- Comprehensive business experience across supply chain functions and their interconnectivity.
- Proven ability to educate, coach, and develop others through strong influencing and negotiation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for managing and aligning stakeholders towards shared objectives.
- Exceptional meeting management skills with a demonstrated ability to set and guide discussions through an agenda proactively.
- Effective communication skills to engage with and hold senior leaders accountable.
- A bold and decisive approach, comfortable expressing differing opinions, with a bias for action and a willingness to learn from failures.
