Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the safety and security of hotel premises and guests.
  • Implement site-specific security protocols and emergency response procedures.
  • Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a secure environment.
  • Monitor surveillance equipment and conduct regular patrols of the property.
  • Respond to incidents and emergencies in a calm and efficient manner.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience in security.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to interact professionally with guests and staff at all levels.
  • Successful completion of a background check and drug screening is required.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to work in various weather conditions.
  • Occasional lifting of up to 40 pounds.
  • Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
