The Clinical Quality Strategist of Alternative Community Resource Programs Inc. leads clinical quality strategies aimed at meeting clinical benchmarks for quality and productivity, ensuring proper client care is being provided in accordance with program contracts.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Clinical Protocols: Establish clinical practice protocols to ensure high-quality client care.
- Staff Development and Supervision: Provide ongoing clinical staff development and supervise BHT clinical staff to ensure compliance with program contracts.
- Program Planning and Evaluation: Collaborate with the Administrative/Clinical Director in program planning and evaluation to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Quality Assurance and Improvement: Participate in Quality Assurance/Improvement Program and ensure that program staff are knowledgeable of required QA activities.
- Compliance and Accreditation: Support all agency licensing and accreditation processes and direct implementation of clinical behavioral health policies and procedures.
- Licensure and Certification: Be licensed as a behavior specialist and board certified in behavior analysis from the BACB.
- Clearances and Documentation: Possess a valid driver's license, have access to reliable transportation, and meet the required clearance and documentation requirements.
