Role Summary

Shape the evolution of AI in the field of Chemistry.

The position of AI Trainer - Chemistry presents a unique chance to apply your expertise while enhancing your AI capabilities. You will be instrumental in training AI models, ensuring the precision and relevance of Chemistry-related content produced by AI. This role offers flexible scheduling, and your efforts will significantly influence the progress of AI in Chemistry.

Daily Responsibilities
  • Educate AI: Assess and provide constructive feedback on AI-generated Chemistry outputs. Your insights will enhance the AI's accuracy and its application to real-world challenges.
  • Problem Solving: Utilize your knowledge to deliver comprehensive solutions and explanations for intricate Chemistry problems, including balancing equations, identifying reaction mechanisms, and analyzing organic structures. Your contributions will be vital in teaching the AI effective reasoning strategies.
  • Red Teaming: Leverage your deep field knowledge to uncover potential biases, limitations, or inaccuracies within the AI's knowledge base. Design and execute tests that challenge the model's understanding, ensuring its outputs are dependable and relevant.
  • Flexible Scheduling: You will have the autonomy to create your own working hours based on project requirements.
Candidate Profile
  • Completion of an Associate's degree or higher from an accredited institution.
  • Background in Chemistry, including fields such as Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Organic Chemistry, and Chemical Engineering.
  • Strong writing abilities with excellent command of English grammar and spelling.
  • Critical thinking skills with the capacity to articulate the strengths and weaknesses of written content.
  • Professional writing experience in roles such as researcher, journalist, technical writer, or editor.
  • Genuine interest in AI and machine learning concepts.
Important Information

This freelance position is compensated on an hourly basis. Candidates must be authorized to work in their country of residence, as sponsorship is not available for this contract role. International students on valid visas may be eligible to apply, but specific circumstances should be discussed with a tax or immigration advisor. Employment documentation cannot be provided at this time. Compensation rates may vary for non-US locations.

Pay Range: $15—$60 USD per hour.
