About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our team at Bargreen Ellingson. As a key member of our project management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our projects.

Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Jobsite Coordination: Verify jobsite conditions and readiness of food service equipment, verify field measurements as needed, coordinate multiple subcontractors for installation of food service equipment, and serve as primary contact for General Contractors from procurement stage to completion.
  • Project Management: Participate in weekly bid scheduling and project management meetings, manage development schedule, confirm account setup, orders entered, and project notes, and schedule install/delivery dates with staging company and internal warehouses.
  • Shared Drive Management: Manage shared drive, running the open order report for project summary, and maintain strong working relationships with customers and co-workers.
  • Requirements Management: Ensure plan checks and quoting is in alignment with project requirements, reconcile orders to close out job accurately and in a timely manner, and manage business in a profitable manner ensuring minimum goals are met or exceeded.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Business, a related field or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Experience: Previous customer service, sales, project management or restaurant experience preferred.
  • Skills: Computer literacy including strong Excel knowledge and typing acumen, proficiency in job relevant specialized software: Autoquotes & General Contractor Software (Procure), experience in administration and high-volume office work, strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills, excellent team working, motivational, interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Certifications: Minimum of OSHA 10 Certified but preferred OSHA 30.
