Benefits Overview:
- Starting salary for a Unit Supervisor is $50,382, with increases based on experience.

- Serve on the Interdisciplinary Care Team for each youth, collaborating with various internal and external partners.
- Provide transportation for residents as necessary.
- Fulfill campus supervisory duties on a rotating basis, including overnight and weekend shifts.
- Develop individualized daily structures tailored to the unique needs of a high-acuity population, aligned with the age and functioning level of each resident.
- Implement life skills programming aimed at assisting youth in achieving stabilization and self-regulation.
- Incorporate evidence-supported group modalities into daily programming to teach youth essential relational, stress tolerance, and impulse control skills.
Work Schedule:
This is a full-time role. The work schedule typically spans Sunday through Thursday or Tuesday through Saturday, consisting of 8-hour shifts with a 30-minute lunch break. Supervisors are expected to work two late shifts (2 PM - 10 PM), with other shifts varying between 11 AM - 7 PM and/or 10 AM - 6 PM. Flexibility in work hours is often required, including evenings and weekends, at both on-site and off-site locations. Supervisors may be eligible for a flexible schedule with prior approval.
Qualifications:
Required Education and Experience:
- A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- At least 1 year of supervisory or management experience.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in child welfare, working with children and/or adolescents.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Master's degree from an accredited institution.
Additional Requirements:
- A valid, active driver's license with fewer than 7 points is required, as this position involves driving Everstand vehicles.
