We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join our team at Waterworks Aquatics

About the Role

As a Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching Private and Semi-Private swimming lessons to children and adults. Our instructors are expected to provide the highest quality lessons, ensuring students progress at the quickest rate possible while having fun and enjoying themselves.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the safety of students, coworkers, and yourself
  • Provide exceptional swim lessons to all students
  • Record student attendance accurately
  • Communicate effectively with management regarding concerns and feedback
  • Complete weekly training assignments
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Genuine passion for working with children
  • Commitment to reliability and punctuality
  • Ability to tread water and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • First Aid, CPR, AED Certification (Infant, Child, Adult)
  • Teachable, respectful, outgoing, and motivated individual
  • Excellent communication skills
