Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join our team at Waterworks Aquatics. As a Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching Private and Semi-Private swimming lessons to children and adults. Our ideal candidate is passionate about working with children, has excellent communication skills, and is able to provide a safe and supportive learning environment.

Responsibilities
  • Teach swimming lessons to students of all ages and skill levels
  • Ensure the safety of students, coworkers, and yourself
  • Communicate effectively with management and customers
  • Complete weekly training assignments to improve teaching skills
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Genuine passion for working with children
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and tread water
  • First Aid, CPR, AED Certification (Infant, Child, Adult)
