Eurest, a leading provider of business and industry dining, is seeking a highly skilled Sous Chef to join our team. As a key member of our culinary department, you will be responsible for the successful operation of our kitchen, ensuring exceptional food quality, and providing outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Executive Chef in managing cost controls and controlling expenditures for the account
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef to plan and create menus that meet the needs of our clients
• Develop and execute catering events that exceed client expectations
• Implement new culinary programs in conjunction with our marketing and culinary teams

Requirements:

• A.S. or equivalent experience in culinary arts or a related field
• Progressive culinary/kitchen management experience, with a focus on high-volume, complex foodservice operations
• Catering experience and knowledge of food and catering trends are highly desirable
• Comprehensive knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and cost controls
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
