  • Provide compassionate and respectful assistance to residents, addressing their needs and preferences while fostering a supportive and empathetic atmosphere.
  • Collaborate with nurses, doctors, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care plans and ensure that residents' needs are met.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Current certification as a Medication Aide (CMA) as required by OK regulations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of healthcare professionals and build positive relationships with residents and their families.
