Key Responsibilities- Conduct weekly customer calls and maintain accurate communication records
- Ensure compliance with construction specifications and standards
- Utilize internal scheduling systems to guarantee timely completion of homes
- Oversee a quality building process and product, performing formal quality inspections as needed
- Participate in subdivision and model maintenance, ensuring high standards of performance
- Comply with OSHA regulations and other safety requirements, promoting a safe working environment
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing questions and concerns about the building process
- Set and maintain high standards of performance among subcontractors and suppliers
- A minimum of 2 years of experience managing residential operations in all phases of the construction process
- Experience working for a production homebuilder is highly desirable
- Ability to read and understand plans and construction details, as well as familiarity with residential building codes
- General residential construction knowledge and experience handling multiple projects simultaneously
- High School Diploma required, Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field preferred
