The Role

We're seeking a skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinical team, shaping the future of ABA therapy. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and monitoring individualized treatment plans, providing supervision and mentorship to Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBTs), analyzing data to inform and adjust treatment strategies, and collaborating with families and other professionals to ensure continuity and quality of care.

Qualifications and Responsibilities
  • Current BCBA certification
  • At least 1 year of experience as a BCBA
  • Passionate about helping individuals with autism and related disorders
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the local area
