About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated BCBA to oversee ABA programming, supervise paraprofessionals, and conduct client assessments. The ideal candidate will have experience in applied behavior analysis and possess excellent communication skills. This is an excellent opportunity for new graduates or experienced professionals looking to join a supportive team.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial and ongoing client assessments using tools like ABLLS-R and VB-MAPP, designing effective ABA programs.
  • Train and supervise paraprofessionals who provide direct therapy to children.
  • Hold regular progress meetings with parents and staff.
  • Exercise discretion and independent judgment in managing client services and supervising paraprofessionals.
  • Develop and achieve performance goals with clients, their families, and paraprofessionals.

Requirements
  • A Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • BCBA certification or actively pursuing the credential.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of ABA treatment techniques and program designs.
  • Ability to promote teamwork and collaboration.
