Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Lead and manage a team of custodial staff to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of cleaning services.
  • Cleaning Operations: Oversee the cleaning of floors, carpets, and other surfaces to maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that all cleaning equipment is properly maintained and in good working order.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that cleaning standards are met.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with the facilities management team, clients, and staff to ensure that their needs and requirements are met.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1+ years of supervisory experience in a related field.
  • Skills: Proven experience motivating and training staff, sense of urgency, ability to meet deadlines, self-directed, ability to plan, organize, prioritize and achieve effective time management, strong service/quality mindset, professionalism, and proven computer skills.
