Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Senior Living Communities. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Job Summary:

The Licensed Practical Nurse will be responsible for providing hands-on resident care, administering medications and treatments, and maintaining accurate records. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that promote the health and well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct resident care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Conduct resident assessments and develop individualized care plans
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices
Requirements:
  • Current state licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse
  • Certification in CPR, AED, and First Aid
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar healthcare position
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently
