- Be adaptable with work schedules to handle unforeseen needs.
Requirements:
- Current New York State RN license required.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Long-Term Care settings.
- Prior experience in training clinical staff is a must.
- Excellent Communication Skills are a necessity.
- Demonstration of fundamental leadership skills and supervision.
