* Formulating and defining systems scope and objectives through research and fact-finding, leveraging a deep understanding of business systems and industry requirements.
* Guiding users in building business cases, performing impact analysis, and supporting application testing, implementation, and training activities.
* Collaborating with the development team to create and refine design on new functionality.
* Developing and presenting technical concept alternatives, integration decisions, issues, and plans in conjunction with the BA & Project Team.
* Evaluating project impact through consultation with the business, regulatory/compliance, information technology management, development, quality assurance, validation, and training teams.
* Analyzing insurance circulars and filing materials and translating into functional requirements.
* Reviewing, augmenting, and facilitating the development and execution of quality test plans.
This role requires Agile Scrum Master Certification and occasional travel within the U.S. May work remotely 60% of the time. As a condition of employment at Zurich, employees must adhere to any COVID-related health and safety protocols in place at that time.
