Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General / Comprehensive Otolaryngologist to join our academic practice at Virginia Commonwealth University. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, teaching and mentoring residents and medical students, and contributing to the growth and development of our department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clinical Practice: Provide high-quality patient care and treatment in the field of otolaryngology, with a focus on excellence and patient satisfaction.
  • Teaching and Education: Participate in the teaching and mentoring of residents, medical students, and other students, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their full potential.
  • Research and Development: Contribute to the growth and development of our department through research, innovation, and collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
  • Service and Leadership: Serve on departmental and university committees, providing leadership and guidance to help shape the future of our institution.
Requirements
  • Board certification/eligibility in otolaryngology
  • Licensed to practice medicine in the state of Virginia upon hire
  • Demonstrate a commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive environment
