Job Summary

\

This role involves observing patient behaviors and activities, providing support or assistance as needed, and attending in-service education and staff meetings. We're seeking a skilled and compassionate individual with a Bachelor's Degree in a Mental Health-related field, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong commitment to teamwork and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Observing patient behaviors and activities, and providing support or assistance as needed.\
  • Attending in-service education and staff meetings, and keeping qualifications up-to-date.\
  • Providing exceptional customer service to patients, families, and colleagues.\
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans.\
