We're seeking a Mental Health Technician to join our team, who will provide support and assistance to patients in need. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for mental health and a desire to make a difference in their community.

Job Description
As a Mental Health Technician, you will be responsible for working closely with our healthcare team to ensure patients receive the best possible care. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
* Observing patient behaviors and activities, providing support or assistance as needed
* Assisting with therapy sessions for patients
* Implementing individual treatment plans for patients, providing a safe and supportive environment
* Providing physical restraint to patients showing signs of mental distress, providing necessary care
* Establishing a therapeutic relationship with assigned patients
* Taking vital signs, administering medications, weighing patients, and collecting routine specimens under the direction of the RN
* Attending and participating in in-service education and staff meetings, keeping qualifications up to date
* Reporting critical cases to RN or Physician, seeking guidance in case of any confusion in work assignment
